Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fresh and perishable products such as milk, curd, paneer, khoya, chaas, colostrum and rasgulla are delivered only within Lucknow-area 226xxx PIN codes in Uttar Pradesh. All milk and colostrum are sold raw with the cold chain maintained.

Fresh colostrum cannot currently be dispatched outside Lucknow. Customers in other cities can contact us to register interest; we will confirm availability only when a suitable delivery route exists.

Non-perishable products such as A2 Bilona Ghee, Honey, Cold-Pressed Oils, Rice, Pulses, Flours, Jaggery, Wellness Products, Gau Seva products and combos made entirely from non-perishable products ship pan-India, subject to courier serviceability. Mixed carts containing any fresh product are allowed only within the Lucknow delivery area.

• Lucknow delivery: estimated arrival within 2 calendar days of the effective order date, subject to route and product availability.
• Daily milk subscriptions: generally delivered in the morning delivery window as per route schedule.
• Outstation delivery: estimated arrival within 7 calendar days of the effective order date, subject to courier serviceability. Courier closures on Sundays or public holidays may extend this estimate.
• Orders before 3 p.m. IST count as that day's orders. Orders at or after 3 p.m. IST count as the next day's orders. Delivery estimates use calendar days.

Our farm team operates every day. Courier transit and delivery timelines may still vary due to weather, courier schedules, route availability, or other operational reasons.

Some products are seasonal, batch-based, or limited in availability. If any product is unavailable after order placement, our team will contact the customer for replacement, rescheduling, or refund as applicable.

Regular one-time milk costs ₹199 per litre, including delivery for each litre. Two litres cost ₹398, with no additional milk delivery fee. Colostrum keeps its separate product price. For other goods, including colostrum, delivery is ₹40 when their combined subtotal is below ₹500 and free at ₹500 or more. Milk already carrying included delivery does not count toward that threshold. Courier serviceability still depends on the destination. Any payment gateway charge is shown by the gateway before payment is confirmed.

Milk plans are prepaid purchases at the displayed plan price. Subscription rates per litre, delivery included: Gir ₹100, Sahiwal ₹95, buffalo ₹110. Five-day totals are ₹500, ₹475 and ₹550 respectively; thirty-day totals are ₹3,000, ₹2,850 and ₹3,300 for one litre per day. These plans do not create an automatic recurring payment mandate.
